Terms and Conditions
Cancellation:
If for any reason you wish to cancel your booking, visit link (provided in confirmation email) or send us an email or call us prior to your departure (at least 3 hours before arriving to Prague). If you have already paid, you will get a full refund. If you are booking a return transfer and paying by credit card, there's no partial refund available. If your flight has been cancelled by airline please let us know so we can inform our driver.
Changes:
All changes are free of charge. Just let us know.
Payments:
If you will pay by credit card online, our drivers are informed that the payment has been made so you do not need to do anything else. When choosing to pay by credit card on the spot (when arriving to Prague) please note that we do not accept electronic cards. If you will pay cash to the driver and are booking a return journey, please pay all at once when you arrive to the hotel. Once you have paid the driver will give you a transport voucher which you can give later to the driver on the return journey in lieu of money. When paying in cash we accept Czech currency (CZK), British pounds (GBP), Euros (EUR) and US$. If paying by credit card we charge your card in CZK (exchange rate can be slighly different, depadns on your bank exchange rate).
Privacy:
All private data is kept confidential and we do not share information with third parties.
